Terms and Conditions

Cancelation Policy: If you cancel at least 60 days before date of arrival you will receive 100% of your funds back, if you cancel between 60 and 30 days of your arrival you will receive 50% of your funds back, and if you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date you will not be eligible for refunds.

All renters agree to be liable for damage caused by their actions during their stay. Communications will be made with pictures showing damage, and a conversation will be had to discuss the situation. By booking here, you agree to be charged for damages caused.
